

SHIPPING POLICY
Every piece is custom sewed one by one, by hand to each customer specific measurements height and color requested, orders typically take 1-3 weeks depending on the current volume of orders (this does not include 2-3 business days shipping time). You can elect to pay the rush order fee and receive your piece by the deadline.
RETURN POLICY
Every piece is made custom to each specific measurement and color request. We do NOT offer refunds or EXCHANGES on custom pieces and gowns. Zero expectations. We can only do FREE alterations. However, we still want all of our customers to be happy with our services. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us at acydniclothing@gmail.com.
If a product doesn't fit for any reason, we are more than happy to alter it to fit you. Please include a picture of you wearing the piece and a detailed description of alterations needed, so we can ensure that it fits you perfectly.
All garments must be returned unworn and unwashed within 10 days for alterations or store credit. We only offer one-time alterations. For any further alterations after the first, there may be a labor charge.
