Cancellation Policy

Acydni Consultation Policy To provide every client with a personalized experience, please review our consultation policy before booking. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your 30–45 minute consultation appointment. Your $20 deposit will be applied toward your final balance if you move forward with your project. Consultation deposits are non-refundable, including cancellations and no-shows. Please be on time. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted, and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a $10 late fee. Bring any inspiration photos, fabric (if applicable), garments, measurements, or other materials related to your project. Consultations include discussing your project, reviewing design ideas, taking measurements if needed, providing recommendations, and discussing estimated pricing and timelines. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
